In order to facilitate on-the-job staff to park nearby in the teaching area, three underground parking garages, namely, Aerospace Building, Publishing Building and Information Science Laboratory Building, are opened for on-the-job staff to park。According to document No. 87 issued by the Beijing Polytechnic Office [2016]“On-the-job employees of our school (including series A and Series B) apply for parking Spaces in underground garages, charging parking fees according to the standard of 1500 yuan per car/year, and each application is valid for one year”According to the regulations, the registration and lottery work for the paid use of underground garage parking Spaces in 2023-2024 is now launched for all on-the-job staff of the school。
一、Basic situation
The underground garage rented this time hasOne level below the space tower、Ground floor of the publishing building及Information science Laboratory building, ground floorThe specific number of parking Spaces is 55, 29 and 27, and all garages are built in accordance with professional underground garage technical standards。The second floor of the Information Science Laboratory building is not included in the rental because it is used as a special parking lot for school buses and logistics rental electric vehicles。
二、Lottery eligibility
In-service staff of our school (including A series, B series) can apply for participation。To participate in the lottery, the vehicle must first apply for the 2023 teaching area parking permit, and the vehicle is owned by himself or his spouse (foreign cars are not eligible for registration and lottery).。
三、Registration method

六、Mode of use
The three underground garages all adopt the method of license plate recognition, and those who sign and sign the agreement can park directly in the selected parking space。The successful applicant is not subject to the parking time limit (420 hours/month) in the teaching area。
7. Relevant requirements
1. I need to participate in the lottery at the scene, entrusting others need to provide proof of entrustment。
2. After the lottery is over, the underground garage parking space usage agreement will be signed on site and related fees will be paid。
3. The lease is valid from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024。
